Cash Pay Pricing for Bariatric Surgery
Surgical Weight Management Center is pleased to offer new, competitive Cash Pay Pricing (for our clients who do not have insurance that will cover bariatric surgery)
LAP-BANDING - Hospital Fee: $7300 / Surgeon's Fee: $5585 / Anesthesia: $780
*$100 - Band Adjustments (1st year: FREE)
Other charges may include one or all of the following:
A pre-operative psychological evaluation is required for all bariatric surgery patients. A fee for this is not included.
Individual patients may require other diagnostic testing or specialist consultations before and/or after surgery that would be charged separately. Examples: sleep study, cardiology consultation and special procedures.
Routine follow-up labwork for nutritional assessment is not included. These bloodwork evaluations are a requirement for all post-operative bariatric surgery patients.
The hospital fee covers up to a one-day stay, may not cover complications.

LAPAROSCOPIC GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY - Hospital Fee: $11,000 / Surgeon's Fee: $6500 / Anesthesia: $1600
